We take the list. You get a shared timeline, a budget you can question line by line, and a coordinator who has the authority to fix problems without calling you first.

We start from your number, not from a template. Every head — venue, food, décor, production, hospitality — gets a share, and you approve the split before anything is booked.
Vendor sourcing
Shortlists with real rates, references from weddings we have run, and contracts we read before you sign them. No commissions hidden in the numbers.
Function timelines
A run sheet per function — setup, entries, rituals, food service, performances, teardown — shared with every vendor so nobody improvises.
Payment tracking
One sheet showing what has been paid, what is due and when — so advances do not get forgotten and nobody is chasing you on the wedding morning.
Family coordination
Both sides usually want different things. We collect the expectations early, put them in one plan, and give each family a person to speak to.
Day-of execution
Our crew is on site from setup to teardown, running the schedule to the minute with a backup plan for weather, power and vendors who arrive late.

All vendors confirmed in writing, menus tasted, décor approved, guest count frozen for catering.
Run sheets out
Every vendor gets the timeline and their slot. Hospitality plans go out to outstation guests.
Site handover
Venue walkthrough with the crew, power and water checks, and rehearsal for entries and performances.

Our team runs the day. Your family gets one number to call, and nobody from your side chases a vendor.
Do we lose control of our own wedding?
The opposite. You approve the budget split, the vendor shortlist and every design before it is booked. What you hand over is the follow-up, not the decisions.
Can we keep vendors we have already booked?
Yes. We coordinate with your caterer, pandit or photographer exactly as we would with ours, and we do not charge a mark-up for bringing them into the plan.
Is planning worth it for a smaller wedding?
Under about 300 guests, a flat management fee usually makes more sense than a percentage. Ask for it directly — we will tell you if you genuinely do not need us.
