Shaadi Metrics collects contact details from families who enquire about wedding planning, decoration and related services. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we record:

We do not ask for financial information through this website. Payments, when you become a client, are handled by bank transfer against a GST invoice.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry — check whether your date is available, prepare a quote, and follow up on the conversation. If you become a client, the same details are used to plan and execute your wedding: coordinating with the venue, vendors and our own crew.

We may occasionally message you about availability for your date or a service you asked about. Tell us to stop and we will.

What we do not do

Who sees your information

Our planning team. Where a vendor genuinely needs a detail to do their job for your wedding — a caterer needs the final guest count, a hotel needs names for a room block — we share only that detail, and only once you are a client.

We use ordinary business tools to run the company, including email, WhatsApp Business and cloud storage, so your information sits with those providers as well. Access on our side is limited to the people working on your wedding.

Photographs of your wedding

Photographs and films from your wedding belong to you. We use images in our portfolio, on this website or on social media only with your written permission, and we will remove anything you later ask us to take down.

This website

This site uses standard web analytics to understand which pages people visit, and advertising tools that tell us whether an ad led to an enquiry. These use cookies and record technical information such as your browser, device type and approximate location. They do not tell us who you are. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept longer, as accounting and tax rules require.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion applies to anything we are not required to keep for tax or contractual reasons.
