How many rooms should we block?
We work it out from your guest list — usually fewer than families first assume, because couples and siblings share. Blocking too many and releasing late is where money is lost.
Do guests pay for their own rooms?
Either way works. We can run it as a host-paid block, a guest-paid block at a negotiated rate, or a split where the family covers the first two nights.
Can you handle a destination wedding outside Indore?
Yes. Maheshwar, Mandu, Ujjain and palace properties are regular for us, including bus convoys from Indore and a travel desk for guests flying in.
How many guests are travelling in?
Send us the rough number and the cities they are coming from. We will map rooms, transfers and arrival timings against your function schedule.
