Weddings we've crafted, with the numbers attached
Guest counts, function lists, venues and what each wedding actually needed on the ground. Not a moodboard — a record of work.
Ivory & Gold at Sayaji
Three functions on a single banquet floor, with an eighty-foot floral aisle as the spine of the design. The hotel gave us six hours between the sangeet teardown and the wedding setup, so the mandap was built in modules in Nipania and assembled on site in ninety minutes.
“We didn’t have to worry about anything and could enjoy all our functions peacefully.”
More weddings from recent seasons
Marigold Morning
Eleven kilos of genda phool, a copper kalash backdrop and low seating under shade nets. The whole function was finished before eleven so nobody sat through the afternoon heat.
The Big Lawn Wedding
Twelve hundred guests, nine food counters and a seating plan that kept every family group together. Two generators on standby, and neither was needed.
Blue Hour Reception
The couple wanted something that was not red or gold. We built a cool-toned stage in blues and ivory, then warmed the guest areas so the room still felt like a wedding.
Sangeet Under Lights
A ceiling installation instead of a big stage, so the dance floor sat in the middle of the room. Eleven family performances ran to a cue sheet and finished inside two hours.
A Farmhouse in Winter
Everything was brought in — power, kitchen, washrooms, lighting. A smaller guest list let the family put the budget into food and hospitality instead of scale.
Out of State
Two trucks, a crew of twenty-two and a five-hundred-kilometre drive. Setup began thirty-six hours ahead because there is no second chance on an out-of-state build.
Details are shared with each family’s permission. If you would like to speak to a couple whose wedding was similar to yours, ask — we will connect you.
