Every setup starts with a measuring tape
Décor that looks extraordinary in a photograph often fails in a real banquet hall — the ceiling is lower, the entry is narrower, the stage sits against a pillar. We visit your venue, take the dimensions, and design against them.
You see a 3D layout before anything is booked. Once you approve it, the quote is locked — flowers, fabric, structure, lighting and labour, each shown separately.

Do you charge separately for the design itself?
No. The 3D layout and design work are part of the décor quote. If you decide not to go ahead after seeing it, there is nothing to pay.
Can you work with fresh flowers only?
Yes, and we will tell you where it is worth it and where artificial reads identically on camera at a third of the cost. The choice stays yours; the difference is shown in the quote.
What if the venue has its own in-house decorator?
Many Indore hotels do. We check the venue’s policy before quoting, and where an outside decorator is allowed we handle the deposit, timing and access ourselves.
