Why there is no price on this page

A 300-guest wedding in a community hall and a 900-guest wedding at a five-star hotel are different businesses. Any number we published would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. What we can promise is that after one conversation you get a written, itemised figure — and that the figure does not move unless you change something.

Décor Only

You have a venue, a caterer and an uncle who is managing everything. You need the wedding to look extraordinary.

Six things that decide what a wedding costs

If you want to bring a budget down, these are the levers — in the order that actually makes a difference.

01 Guest countFood, seating, rooms and transport all scale from this one number. Cutting 100 guests saves more than cutting all the flowers.

02 Number of functionsEach function is a fresh setup, meal and crew day. Combining mehendi and sangeet into one evening is the most common saving.

03 Venue and dateA peak-season Saturday at a five-star costs multiples of the same wedding on a weekday in the same city.

04 Fresh flower volumeImported blooms and full floral ceilings are where décor budgets disappear. We will show you where it reads the same on camera for less.

05 Production scaleLED walls, moving lights and large stages are priced per day. A smaller, well-lit stage often photographs better anyway.

06 Travel and stayFor weddings outside Indore, crew transport and accommodation appear as their own line — never hidden inside another head.

Payments

How and when you pay

Everything is on record — GST invoices, bank transfers, and a payment schedule agreed before the first rupee moves.

25% On confirmationBlocks your date and starts vendor booking. Refundable in full if we cancel for any reason.

50% Thirty days beforeOnce designs are frozen and vendor advances are due. By this point nothing in the quote is a guess.

25% After the last functionSettled against the final reconciliation, with any unused amount returned rather than absorbed.
