An Indore wedding company built on the idea that a celebration should be measurable — a written budget, a dated plan, and a team that answers the phone.
The name is a promise, not a pun
Most wedding stress has nothing to do with taste. It comes from not knowing — what a thing costs, who is responsible for it, when it is supposed to happen. Families spend months negotiating in the dark, and then spend the wedding itself checking on vendors instead of watching their daughter get married.
Shaadi Metrics started in Indore to fix exactly that. Metrics means measurable, trackable, accountable: an itemised budget you can question, a dated timeline you can hold us to, and one person who knows the entire plan. The beauty is not the differentiator — every good decorator in this city can make a stage look extraordinary. Knowing what it will cost and when it will be ready is.
Today we plan, design and execute weddings across Madhya Pradesh from our office and warehouse in Nipania, Indore — and we still take a limited number of dates each season so no two weddings ever overlap.
Four rules we do not break
No hidden mark-ups
You see vendor rates, not repackaged totals. Our fee is our fee, and it is stated separately.
Nothing added silently
Any change to the quote needs your approval in writing first. No surprises on the final invoice.
We say when it cannot be done
If a design will not fit the venue or the budget, you hear it early — not on the setup morning.
Limited dates each season
We take only as many weddings as we can staff properly, so your date never shares a crew.
Who is actually at your wedding
Wedding companies often sell you a founder and send you a subcontractor. Here is how our side is staffed, so you know who you are speaking to at each stage.
Design, production and floor crew are our own. Catering, photography and entertainment come from partners we have worked with for years, briefed by us and answerable to us.
Your planner
Takes the first call, builds the budget and stays with you until the last function. The same person, start to finish.
Design team
Measures the venue, draws the 3D layout and specifies every flower, fabric and light before a rupee is committed.
Production & warehouse
Builds structures in Nipania, loads them, and installs on site — which is why our transport costs stay predictable.
Floor crew
On site from setup to teardown, running the run sheet and handling whatever the day throws at it.
